Anyone who's ever had a Porn Star Martini will know what a 'star' the passion fruit is!
Yeah, of course the prosecco and the martini play a big role too, but the passion fruit really is the lead.
So I've created a Porn Star breakfast, because, well, we can!
Sometimes you just need something outstanding for your breakfast.
This is exactly that! I created it by accident really when I wanted to use up what was left in the fruit bowl!
I have genuinely never eaten a more tasty and plentiful breakfast, and all with no added sugar.
The flavours in this dish are everything!
Seriously, this dish is an absolute weapon in leading a sugar free lifestyle.

INGREDIENTS
Passion Fruit
4 x tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 x Sweet Potato
Handful Hazelnuts
2 x tbsp Pine Nuts
Cherries
Chia Seeds
Knob of Coconut oil
sprinkle of cardamon seeds
METHOD
Peel and cube the sweet potato.
Melt the coconut oil.
Add the sweet potatoes to the melted oil, toss well, space out and cook on 190/200 for 20 mins.
In a frying pan toast the pine nuts and the hazel nuts with the cardamon seeds.
When cooked, add the sweet potatoes to a bowl, top with the greek yogurt, the roasted nuts, chia and cardamon seeds.
Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the fruit and add cherries.
